A bowel movement encouraging smoothie

Ingredients:

1 apple or 1 kiwi (or both),

1  banana,

1 date,

2  tablespoons of natural goat yogurt (can be replaced with cashew yogurt or coconut cream),

3  kale leaves,

2-3  organic apricots/dried plums,

¼ a teaspoon of cinnamon powder,

1 teaspoon of flax seeds,

a tablespoon of oatmeal.

1  teaspoon of chlorella powder,

3/4  cup of almond milk,

3/4  cup of filtered water,

2-3  ice cubes.

Instructions:

blend all the ingredients to a smooth texture
