Tahini bread

Amazingly tasty tahini bread without flour at all! Low in carbs and gluten-free. Can be suitable as part of a natural treatment of Crohn's, Ulcerative colitis, Sibo, Gastritis and IBS.

Ingredients:

6 tbsps of raw tahini,

1-2 spoons of honey/agave/natural maple,

4 eggs (preferably organic),

1 teaspoon of baking soda/baking powder,

a pinch of salt,

Additional extras (according to personal tolerance) - sunflower seeds/dried tomatoes /chopped almonds or walnuts.

Instructions:

Mix well all the ingredients to a smooth consistency.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Transfer the batter to an English cake or a muffin baking dish.

Bake for 18-20 minutes. To test if the bread is cooked insert a metal or a wooden skewer inside, and make sure it comes out clean.

The bread can be frozen and thawed.
