A vegan recipe, rich in protein. Very suitable as part of a natural treatment for Crohn's Ulcerative colitis, Diverticulitis, Gastritis and Sibo.
Ingredients:
100 grams of organic tofu,
1 tablespoon of chopped dried tomatoes (optional).
1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
You can also use zucchini or any other vegetable that you like.
Instructions:
Mash the tofu with a fork.
Add the dried tomatoes (optional).
Fry while "scrambling" for about five minutes.
Possible to combine with an antipasti side dish.
