Rice with herbs

A very filling and delicious dish. The rice comes out very soft and crispy. The green herbs enrich it with aroma and freshness. This dish May be combined almost with anything. Suitable as part of a natural treatment for Cron’s, Ulcerative colitis, Gastritis and Diverticulitis.

Ingredients:

2  cups of basmati rice (soaked for several hours),

3  cups of boiling water,

3  tbsps of olive oil,

A handful of parsley, dill and coriander leaves,

(without the stem),

1 -2 green onions

half a package of spinach leaves,

2  teaspoons of Himalayan salt.

Instructions:

Put the rice in a pot and cover it with boiling water. Bring to a boil and reduce the flame.

Chop all the herbs finely, mix with olive oil and add to the cooking rice. Mix, cover, and cook for another 10 minutes on a low flame.

Turn off the heat and leave the rice with the lid closed for a few more minutes.
