A wonderful gluten-free tortilla, with an addictive texture. An excellent healthy alternative to bread, crackers, rolls, etc. Can be filled with vegetables and/or spreads or anything you want. Ingredients:
3 cups of quinoa after soaking overnight
3 cups of filtered water
A quarter of a teaspoon of sea salt
Instructions:
Grind everything in a blender.
Pour a little batter into a slightly greased pan and flatten to get a round and thin tortilla shape.
Turn over as soon as the batter dries on top, and fry for a short time on the other side
