Keto Porridge

This savory porridge makes for a satisfying low-carb breakfast. It's crafted from a mixture of healthy nuts, seeds and fruits. Gluten and carbohydrate free. Insanely satisfying and fueling! Great for those on a low-carb and low-gluten diet. Very suitable as part of a natural treatment for Sibo and other digestive disorders such as gastritis, IBS and food sensitivities.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of chia or flax seeds (after soaking overnight in half a glass of water) - add together with the water.

2 tablespoons of peeled almonds, coarsely chopped 

3 tablespoons of coconut flakes

1 tablespoon coarsely chopped hazelnuts

4 coarsely chopped Brazil nuts

2 tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts

2 tablespoons coarsely chopped pecans

A tablespoon of pumpkin/sunflower seeds

Add any kind of nuts you prefer!

Fruits - add only after heating the porridge:

A handful of blueberries (any other berry is also possible: raspberries, cherries, strawberries...)

Half a banana cut into small cubes or any other fruit you like.

The porridge can be sweetened with natural and sweet superfoods such as Muscovite,  Monk Fruit, Lucoma and Maca. Natural Maple syrup is also possible if tolerated well.

Instructions:

Mix everything together in a small saucepan.

Add 1-2 cups of vegan milk  (almond, oat, coconut, soy)

Cook on low heat until the porridge heats up and becomes thick, there is no need to bring it to a boil.

You can also eat without heating, just mix everything in a bowl with the milk.
