Green buckwheat crepes

Amazing, gluten free and nutritious crepes! Excellent as part of a natural treatment for Sibo, IBS, Celiac and Inflammatory bowel diseases (Crohn’s and Ulcerative colitis) during remission.

Ingredients:

2 cups of green buckwheat,

2  cups of water,

2  eggs,

a pinch of salt.

1 tbsp of olive/coconut oil.

Instructions:

Soak the buckwheat for 6 hours (overnight).

Wash well, filter and grind in a blender with 2 cups of water to a smooth consistency.

Transfer to a bowl and cover with a towel. Leave it to ferment for 8-10 hours.

After the buckwheat had been fermented, add 2 eggs and mix well. Add salt and seasoning.

Fry in a greased pan (with olive/coconut oil) for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
