Flax Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups wholemeal rice flour

  • 1 cup of flax flour

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 3 tablespoons ground psyllium (optional)

  • Flax and sesame seeds for scattering (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Gradually add water and oil while kneading for a uniform dough.

  3. Transfer to a greased pan and sprinkle seeds on top (if desired).

  4. Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 45-50 minutes.

  5. Refrigerate before cutting.
