Flax Bread
Ingredients:
2 cups wholemeal rice flour
1 cup of flax flour
1 cup of water
1/3 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons ground psyllium (optional)
Flax and sesame seeds for scattering (optional)
Instructions:
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Gradually add water and oil while kneading for a uniform dough.
Transfer to a greased pan and sprinkle seeds on top (if desired).
Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 45-50 minutes.
Refrigerate before cutting.
