Digestive support drink before bed


1 cup of almond/coconut/oat drink,

1/2 a teaspoon of ground cinnamon or whole cinnamon bark,

3-4 of cardamom seeds,

8-10 clove buds

3-4  stars anise seeds,

a piece of choped fresh ginger root,

a piece of choped turmetic ginger root,

1 teaspoon of fennel seeds

1 teaspoon of cold-pressed coconut oil,

1 teaspoon of honey (optional),


Bring the almond/coconut/oat drink to the boil, and immediately turn the heat on low.

Add all the spices, and mix well, whilst cooking on a low heat for about 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and cool down a little bit.

Add the coconut oil ant the honey and mix well.
