Cashew and Chickpea Spread

Delicious, healthy, easy-to-digest, vegan spread. suitable for a Sibo diet.

Ingredients:

500 gr of cooked chickpeas, ¾ cup cashews, half squeezed juice from half a lemon,  1/3 tsp salt, 1 tbsp maple syrup 

Instructions:

Blend the above and then slowly add and blend again ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil or more for thickening.
