Berries Smoothie

Very nutritious smoothie, full of antioxidants and vitamins. You can drink it first thing in the morning and get an energy boost for the rest of the day. This tasty smoothie can be suitable for anyone who is dealing with Gastritis, Helicobacter pylori, constipation, Sibo and intestinal inflammations like Crohn's, Diverticulitis and Ulcerative colitis (during remission).

Ingredients:

½ a cup of frozen berries (blueberries/blackberries/cherries/

strawberries/ black currant etc.),

300 ml of filtered water,

200 ml of coconut liquid or almond milk,

1 tbsp of coconut oil,

1 tbsp of organic maca powder,

1 tbsp of wheat grass/barley powder,

a handful of pecans or walnuts,

a teaspoon of organic cocoa powder,

2  tbsp of protein powder,

a glass of ice,

a piece of fresh ginger root.

Instructions:

Place all of the ingredients inside the blender, and blend to a smooth consistency
