Berries Smoothie

Ingredients:

½ a cup of frozen berries (blueberries/blackberries/cherries/

strawberries/ black currant etc.),

300 ml of filtered water,

200 ml of coconut liquid or almond milk,

1 tbsp of coconut oil,

1 tbsp of organic maca powder,

1 tbsp of wheat grass/barley powder,

a handful of pecans or walnuts,

a teaspoon of organic cocoa powder,

2  tbsp of protein powder,

a glass of ice,

a piece of fresh ginger root.

Instructions:

Place all of the ingredients inside the blender, and blend to a smooth consistency
