Ingredients:
1/2 a cup of almond flour,
1/2 a cup of coconut flour,
1/2 a teaspoon of drinking soda,
1 teaspoon of natural vanilla extract,
½ a cup of coconut/almond milk,
1 egg,
1 ripe banana,
2 teaspoons of melted coconut oil/ghee butter,
2 tablespoons of maple syrup,
*You can use other flours (buckwheat, rice) depending on the tolerance.
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients to a smooth consistency.
Grease a baking muffin dish with coconut oil and fill it with the batter.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
serve alongside almond spread, or any other spread that you like.
