Ingredients:
½ of a cup of soaked or sprouted grains (quinoa, millet, buckwheat)
1.5 cup of cooked beans or lentils.
2 tablespoons of finely chopped green onion
2 tablespoons of finely chopped spinach.
2 tablespoons of finely chopped red pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil soaked in garlic.
2 eggs (optional)
2 tablespoons of your favorite spices
A tablespoon of sea/Himalayan salt
Instructions:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Mix the olive oil with the spices.
Mix and mash the grains and the legumes to a smooth consistency.
Add the eggs and mix everything together with the spices.
Make the desired size fritters and place them on a baking tray,with a drizzle of olive oil.
Bake for about half an hour (turn to the other side halfway through the time).
