If you feel like an Asian food that will warm your stomach and calm your hunger, you must try this wonderful soup! You can also add meat stock to it if you want. May be combined as part of a natural treatment for Crohn's and Ulcerative colitis, Gastritis, Diverticulitis and IBS.
Ingredients:
Half a package of rice or buckwheat (Soba) noodles
2 garlic cloves (optional)
1 carrot, peeled and cut into small pieces,
1 zucchini, peeled and cut into small cubes,
Half a ginger root .finely chopped,
2 tablespoons of soy sauce,
1 teaspoon of coconut oil,
1 tablespoon of sesame oil,
2 teaspoons of water.
Instructions:
Steam the vegetables inside a steamer for a few minutes until they are partially softened.
Add boiling water or vegetable/meat stock into a pot and add vegetables, noodles, spices, soy and ginger.
Bring to the boil and cook until the noodles are ready.
Add the sesame oil and continue boiling for another 3 minutes.
