Antioxidant energy smoothie
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana (can be frozen),
¼ of an avocado,
a teaspoon of natural peanut butter (without sugar),
1 date,
1 cup of almond milk,
3 tablespoons of frozen blueberries,
1/2 a cup of coconut water/coconut milk,
1-2 teaspoons of natural cocoa powder,
a spoonful of honey,
1teaspoon of spirulina powder.
Instructions:
blend all the ingredients to a smooth consistency.
