A Japanese style soup made from miso paste, rich in minerals, protein and flavour. Very suitable for anyone who is dealing with digestive disorders, and needs extra nutrients, like Crohn's, Ulcerative colitis, Gastritis and IBS.
Ingredients:
4 cups of water,
3-4 tablespoons of miso paste,
1 cup of wakame seaweed,
1 pack of diced tofu,
1 large carrot cut into cubes,
1 cup of tender spinach leaves,
Rice/ bean noodles – (optional),
2-3 stalks of green onion (optional).
Instructions:
Boil a pot of water.
Add the miso paste and mix well until the paste is melted.
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for about 15 minutes on a low flame.
