An upgraded Miso soup


4  cups of water,

3-4  tablespoons of miso paste,

1 cup of wakame seaweed,

1 pack of diced tofu,

1  large carrot cut into cubes,

1  cup of tender spinach leaves,

Rice/ bean noodles – (optional),

2-3  stalks of green onion (optional).


Boil a pot of water.

Add the miso paste and mix well until the paste is melted.

Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for about 15 minutes on a low flame.
