Almond Pancakes

Gluten-free and low-fiber pancakes, easy to digest and insanely delicious! A great option for breakfast or a snack between meals. An excellent source of protein. The recipe is suitable as part of a natural treatment for Crohn's and ulcerative colitis as well as as part of a natural treatment for Sibo and IBS.

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons of almond flour

2 organic eggs

¼ cup of water

A pinch of sea/Himalayan salt

A tablespoon of coconut oil for frying

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and stir until you get a uniform batter without lumps.

Pour the mixture using a ladle or spatula (preferably non-stick) greased with a little coconut oil.

Fry on medium heat for about a minute on each side until golden.
