Almond flour bun

A delicious bun that is very easy to make! Low in fiber and gluten- free. Excellent as part of a natural treatment for Crohn's, Ulcerative colitis Sibo, IBS, Diverticulitis, gastritis and for anyone who suffers with various food intolerances

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of almond flour,

a pinch of salt,
1/2 a teaspoon of baking powder,
 1 egg.

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl.

Place inside a small muffin tray.
Microwave for a minute and a half, or bake for 15 minutes in the oven.
