Almond and maple cookies


1.5  cups of almond flour,

1/3 of a cup of raw cocoa powder,

¼ of a cup of maple syrup,

1 egg,

2  tbsps of almond butter (you can also use tahini/natural peanut butter),

1/3 of a package of grated dark chocolate.


Mix the flour with the cocoa in a bowl. Add to the mixture: maple syrup, egg, almond butter and finally the dark chocolate.

Mix to a smooth consistency.

With wet hands form plump balls and place them on top of a greased baking paper.

Bake at 180 degrees for 13 minutes.
