I met Valery when I was at my lowest point with colitis, she helped me and supported me whenever I needed.

She advised me about what to eat and which vitamins to take, she was amazingly attentive,supportive and helped me mentally and physically.

And even these days, even though I have finished my treatment with her, if I have a question, she always answers and helps from the bottom of her heart.

I came to  Valery with a flare-up of Colitis. At first, I was a bit scared of the process, shortely after I met Valery, she reassured me, explained patiently about the treatment process, and reassured me that everything would be fine, and it really was! From session to session I was progressing towards my recovery.  Valery helped me calm my stomach and mind, we did meditations together, she prescribed me medical herbs, provided me with recipes and was there for mefor anything I needed.  I knew that there was always someone to turn to for help and advice, and that gave me a lot of confidence during my healing process.
