Ketogenic almond bread
Ingredients:
150 grams of almond flour,
3 tbsps of psyllium husk,
2 teaspoons of baking powder,
1 flat teaspoon of Himalayan salt,
3 eggs,
1 cup of water,
1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar.
Instructions:
Heat the oven to 170 degrees.
In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
In another bowl, mix the eggs, water, and vinegar.
Gradually pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients bowl and mix everything together into an even consistency.
Transfer to a cake/muffin/bread tray and
bake for about 50 minutes.
