CERA System is a wearable red and near-infrared light device designed to support the gut-brain axis, the two-way communication link between your digestive system, your brain and your nervous system. As you wear it, you'll feel a soothing warmth spread across your middle while your body begins to unwind.
It has two parts, a headband and a panel worn over the belly, which you use together for 10 minutes a day. They shine four types of light (630, 850, 940 and 1070 nm) onto the head and abdomen. Near-infrared light reaches deeper into the body than ordinary red light, which is what sets CERA apart from a standard red light device.
How does it work?
This approach is called photobiomodulation, which simply means using gentle light to influence how cells work. It's non-invasive and drug-free, and research suggests it may help cells produce energy.
Easy to use, made for everyday life
A companion app guides you through each session, so you can use it at home alongside your existing nutrition and lifestyle plan.
A few wording changes are deliberate. I softened "ease tension" and "clear mental fog" to "feel more calm, clear and balanced," and dropped "safe" as a flat statement, because the ASA treats specific effects and absolute safety claims as things you'd need evidence to back up. I also merged the closing "balance and resilience" paragraph into the opening so the same point isn't made twice. If the manufacturer has published claims they've approved for resellers, it's worth checking this against those.
Why people use CERA?
Your brain and gut are deeply connected through the nervoussystem and vagus nerve, constantly working together to influence how you feel, think, rest, and recharge.
